Data Protection for SMEs

This guidance has been designed by the Office of the Information Commissioner to assist SMEs based in Jersey, who may not have access to extensive planning and legal resources.

This information will help those businesses to prepare for a business future that is data-protection compliant. Anyone processing personal information must register their processing activities with the Information Commissioner.  When you register with the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner, you will have access to one-stop-shop toolkits which will allow you to explore bespoke data protection guidance for your business.
