Big impact doesn’t always come from big change.
Sometimes, it’s the small, thoughtful improvements that make work better every single day.
That’s why we’ve launched the Productivity Pro Awards.
The Productivity Pro Awards celebrate individuals, teams and businesses who’ve made real, practical improvements to how work gets done. Whether it’s simplifying a clunky process, helping people work better together, improving wellbeing, or developing talent in a way that truly stuck, these awards shine a spotlight on the work that often flies under the radar but makes a genuine difference.
This isn’t about grand gestures or glossy initiatives.
It’s about what actually worked.
So, what is a Productivity Pro?
A Productivity Pro is someone who:
- Made a meaningful improvement to day‑to‑day working life
- Focused on practical outcomes, not just good intentions
- Created change that people noticed and felt
Often, it’s the kind of work that makes Mondays better… but doesn’t always make the headlines.
Why nominate?
Because great work deserves recognition.
Nominating is a chance to pause, reflect and say: “That made a difference.”
