Join our lunch and learn in January, focused on creating and sustaining a flexible family- friendly workplace.
With workplace flexibility now a top priority across the industry, this CPD-accredited session will explore how organisations can build and sustain genuinely flexible, family-friendly working practices without compromising business performance. Attendees will gain practical insights and tools to help create inclusive workplaces that support both professional success and family life.
We will be joined by Jane van Zyl, Chief Executive of Working Families, the UK’s leading national charity for working parents and carers. Jane brings extensive expertise in helping employers remove workplace barriers faced by those with caring responsibilities and build cultures where people and businesses thrive.
This event is in partnership with MentorHood Jersey, which provides free workshops, advocacy and advice for parents of all ages and backgrounds.
MentorHood is a community-led initiative that supports parents to balance work and family life, while helping employers better understand and respond to the real needs of working families. Through workshops, peer support and practical sessions with businesses, MentorHood brings lived experience into workplaces, helping organisations improve retention, wellbeing and family-friendly culture, while reducing isolation for parents and building a more supportive Jersey for families.
The session will include a presentation and a Q&A, giving you the chance to learn, ask questions.
