Barclays - Phil is the Manager of a team which investigates Fraud for both local customers and international clients holding Jersey based accounts.

He his 13 years with Barclays in various roles including Customer Due Dilligence, Complaints and Regulatory driven projects. Previously 21 years in Retail management with a major supermarket.

Chris transferred to the States of Jersey Police in 1998 from Avon and Somerset Constabulary and for the last 20 years has worked across the full breadth of policing holding such positions of responsibility as Staff Officer to the Chief Officer, Detective Inspector CID, Director of Intelligence and is currently responsible for Community Policing and a number of support functions such as firearms training and response, emergency planning and linked to today’s event, operational delivery of the Force’s Digital Policing Strategy.
