Wendy is a Partner and Jersey qualified solicitor with over 25 years of experience in providing legal advice to Jersey businesses and individuals.

Wendy focuses on non-contentious employment, planning, corporate and commercial work, including commercial property matters. She also advises clients on multiple GDPR related issues ahead of the new Regulations coming into force May 2018.

Wendy also offers expertise in the legislative framework governing business migration and business set up in Jersey.

Michelle frequently advises client businesses regarding GDPR related matters in advent of the new legislation in this regard.
When dealing with drafting of wills and estate planning, she also resolves the administration of probates, including estates involving complex assets such as family run businesses, and resolving disputes between family members.

Michelle also acts in the purchase and sale of properties, including those owned through share transfer and flying freehold structures.
Additionally, she is able to advise borrowers and lenders in relation to loans both secured and unsecured.

Emma joined BCR Law in June 2017. She is an English Solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial department, working with both Wendy and Michelle.

Emma acts in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, frequently preparing board minutes, resolutions and loan agreements for a large local businesses.

She also assists clients with commercial and residential leases (acting for both landlords and tenants), in commercial sales and purchases and in residential sales and purchases.
